Mapepe Dairy Cooperative Society Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified, dynamic, and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Sales Clerk (1 Position) at our sales outlet in Chilanga.
Position: Sales Clerk (1 Position)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling direct retail and wholesale sales of milk, dairy products, and cooperative merchandise to customers.
- Providing friendly, attentive, and efficient customer service at the sales counter.
- Accurately recording sales transactions, issuing receipts, and reconciling daily cash and mobile money collections.
- Managing shop inventory, tracking stock movements, monitoring expiry dates, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Maintaining high hygiene, cleanliness, and neat presentation of the sales shop and product display refrigerators.
- Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales summaries and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate .
- Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales or retail experience (experience in FMCG or dairy retail is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of stock management, customer care, and record keeping.
- Good communication skills, numerical ability, honesty, and reliability.
