TYPE OF COMPANY:  Natkos Distributors Limited is a general supply and distribution company specializing in ICT equipment, office equipment, stationery, printing, IT services and other general supplies, with additional financial services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify sales opportunities and develop new client relationships to expand the company’s customer base.
• Take the lead in managing client relationships and ensure that the management team is kept informed of marketing opportunities and business development prospects.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize the utilization of company equipment, products, services and capabilities.
• Liaise with clients to obtain all necessary information required to fulfill and exceed their expectations.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is upheld through consistent engagement, effective communication and quality service delivery.
• Identify potential markets and pursue opportunities to increase sales and promote the company’s products and services.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales and marketing reports before the 5th of every month.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS – SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) credits, including Mathematics and English.
• Any additional qualification in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service or business development will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities, attract new clients and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, customer focus and confidentiality.
