About the Role:
Fakulin Agriculture Zambia Ltd is seeking a seasoned and strategic Sales Supervisor to lead, supervise, and mentor our sales team across Zambia. The ideal candidate brings extensive background in the agrochemical and crop protection sector, with established industry networks and team leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise the day-to-day activities of sales representatives and managers.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage existing customer networks across Zambia to expand distribution and dealership reach.
- Provide expert knowledge and technical training to the team on crop protection and agrochemical products.
- Resolve escalated client issues, negotiate high-value supply agreements, and represent the company at agricultural expos.
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence for executive management.
Requirements:
- Over seven (7) years of direct agrochemical and agricultural input sales experience.
- Extensive, proven customer networks across commercial farming hubs and agro-dealer communities throughout Zambia.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and mentor a field sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of crop protection, chemical active ingredients, and crop disease/pest management is an advantage.
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or related discipline.
- Lusaka-based candidates are preferred (with willingness to travel as required).
