JOB DETAILS:
MASTER'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (WITH FINANCE, ECONOMICS AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT)
• Work closely with the Finance Section to support institution departments in developing annual results based work plans and budgets for the implementation of the Strategic Plan
• Undertake regular monitoring of expenditure against the planned allocations and result areas and prepare trend sheets and financial analysis for the consideration of senior management
• Assist in preparing supplementary budget proposals, as and when needed, in collaboration with institution departments and the Finance Section
• Support the University's finance and budget-related work, including financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reallocation of funds across work areas
• Assist in developing strategies in guiding institution departments to plan, budget ad track performance using value for money approaches
• Analyse outcomes of High Level Meetings and prepare reports on their financial implications
• Undertake research, where and when necessary, on issues of strategic importance and relevance to the implementation Strategic Plan
•Provide support on Governing body matters including summarising and editing relevant financial reports and preparing presentations
• Support the Division's work in governance, Result-based monitoring and evaluation
