JOB DETAILS:

Richmond is looking for a skilled and results-driven Recoveries Manager to join our team at the Head Office in Lusaka, Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recoveries pipeline across all branches.
  • Prepare account files and coordinate legal recovery actions.
  • Oversee the repossession of secured assets, including valuation, storage, and sale.
  • Lead the Recoveries Team and submit monthly performance reports to management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
