As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. You will manage a team of accounting professionals and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day accounting functions.
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Leading and mentoring the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar senior accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
