Position: Door Bouncers (3 Positions)
Location: Near Charleston Police Station, Lusaka, Zambia
Salary: K2,500 – K3,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Apex Bar and Restaurant is recruiting three (3) physically fit, disciplined, and alert Door Bouncers to maintain security, crowd control, and a safe atmosphere for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage entrance access control, check identification to prevent underage entry, and inspect bags/belongings.
- Maintain order, de-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally, and remove disruptive individuals safely.
- Protect venue property, staff, and guests from violent incidents or theft.
- Coordinate with local police and law enforcement authorities when necessary.
Remuneration:
💰 Monthly Salary: K2,500 – K3,500
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Physically imposing build, strong fitness, and self-defense/security awareness.
- Valid National Registration Card (NRC) and valid TPIN.
- Must be 18 years or older and willing to work night shifts and weekends.
- Certificates certified by a Commissioner of Oaths .
