Job Title: Trainee Marketing Officer

About the position

We are looking for a driven and energetic Trainee Marketing Officer. You will be assisting in the implementation of various projects regarding branding, product distribution and sales under the supervision of the Marketing Officer.

If you are passionate about Marketing using a range of marketing tools and channels, are an excellent communicator and able to work well with others, then you are the one we are looking for!

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Assist in the creation, management and implementation of our marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging, creative and innovative content
• Manage and distribute marketing materials
• Take an active role in the monitoring of all our social media accounts and grow our social media presence
• Write clear and error-free content (social media copy, speeches, press releases, etc.)

Your minimum Qualifications and Competencies should be:

• Diploma or Degree Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing or Social Science Courses
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, FB Business Manager, etc.) and productivity
• software (Asana, Jira, Adobe, Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Teams) is an added advantage.
• Marketing experience preferably in financial or marketing agency sectors
• Minimum 1 Year work experience
