JOB DETAILS:
We Bliss Fashions are looking for a beauty advisor to offer personalized services to our walk-in and online clients so as to help them choose the right beauty products and meet their beauty goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet clients upon arrival.
• Handle walk in and online client orders.
• Work closely with our delivery team to ensure orders are fullfilled as requested.
• Help Walkin & online clients find the products they are looking for.
• Manage & online client accounts .
• Inform all clients on prices and special offers.
• Assist in marketing all products in our store.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during peak times.
• Ability to meet and exceed set targets.
• Great work ethic and attitude.
• Creative & Proactive.
• Excellent time management
• Good marketing skills (having an instagram and facebook page is an added advantage)
• Grade 12 certificate
