Duty Stations: Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia | Position: Drivers (2 Vacancies)

Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and experienced individuals to fill 2 vacancies for Drivers in Lusaka and Ndola.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
• Valid Zambian Driver’s Licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated (Class B / C / CE).
• Defensive driving certification is an added advantage.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• Clean driving record with no criminal history.
• Good knowledge of Zambian road networks and traffic safety regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, sober, and disciplined character.

Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly for official errands, supply logistics, and transport duties.
• Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections (oil, water, tire pressure, brakes).
• Maintain vehicle logbooks accurately, recording mileage, fuel usage, and trips.
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, serviced on time, and maintained in excellent roadworthy condition.
• Adhere strictly to road safety laws and company transport policies.
