Duty Stations: Lusaka and Ndola, Zambia | Position: Lubricants Sales Attendants (2 Vacancies)

Henan Filling Station invites applications from suitably qualified, motivated, honest, and customer-driven individuals to fill 2 vacancies for Lubricants Sales Attendants in Lusaka and Ndola.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

• Grade 12 Certificate, certified or verified.
• Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Automotive Mechanics, or related field is an added advantage.
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC).
• No criminal record.
• Sound knowledge of engine oils, transmission fluids, coolants, greases, and vehicle lubricants.
• Strong sales, persuasion, communication, and customer service skills.
• Honesty, discipline, and strong work ethic.

Position-Specific Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell automotive and industrial lubricants, engine oils, and automotive fluids to motorists and commercial clients.
• Provide expert advice to customers on suitable oil grades and lubricant specifications for their vehicles.
• Assist motorists with oil top-ups and basic checks on the forecourt or lube bay.
• Manage lubricant stock levels, track shelf display presentation, and reconcile daily lube sales.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining outstanding customer relations.
