Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily butchery operations, sales performance, and customer service in Western Province.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor outlet staff including cashiers, blockmen, and store assistants.
• Manage meat inventory, daily ordering, waste reduction, cold chain integrity, and stock levels.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, meat hygiene regulations, and company standard operating procedures.
• Track revenue, conduct daily reconciliations, manage banking, and resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in retail, butchery, or FMCG supermarket environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stock management capabilities.
• High integrity, excellent communication skills, and customer service dedication.
