Position: Project Manager (1 Position) | Location: Kitwe, Copperbelt

Dali Mining Machinery Zambia Ltd is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced candidates for the position of Project Manager based in Kitwe.

Location: Chingola Road, opposite Epiroc, Kitwe, Copperbelt Province
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise mining machinery assembly, maintenance, refurbishment, and project operations.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and safety management programs.
• Liaise with mining clients, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) standards and mining regulations.
• Monitor project performance KPIs, manage risks, and prepare management progress reports.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven project management experience within mining, heavy machinery, or engineering contracting.
• Registered with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) where applicable.
• Silicosis certification or relevant mining medical documentation.
• Strong leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
