JOB DETAILS:

Erudite is looking for a Property Manger to perform the following duties:

  • Tenant and landlord communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Rent collection follow-up and arrears management
  • General Customer Service and client meetings
  • Document management and filing (physical and digital)
  • Scheduling of property inspections and meetings
  • Maintenance request coordination with service providers
  • System administration and record keeping
  • Social Media management

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
