Position: Farm Manager – Fatima Farm
Location: Fatima Farm, Ndola / Copperbelt, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Gramus Express Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Farm Manager at Fatima Farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across commercial farming and intensive livestock operations.
• Manage and oversee piggery, cattle rearing, and commercial poultry production units.
• Implement animal nutrition, breeding programs, veterinary disease prevention, and biosecurity protocols.
• Supervise farm supervisors, section heads, and farm workers to ensure high productivity and discipline.
• Monitor operational budgets, feed consumption rates, growth cycles, and sales forecasting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of farm equipment, irrigation facilities, structures, and vehicle fleets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Livestock Management, or a related agricultural field.
• 3–5 years of progressive commercial farming or livestock production experience.
• At least two (2) years of direct supervisory/managerial experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in piggery, cattle, and poultry management is essential.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and farm financial management skills.
