Are you a strong leader with experience in production and packaging operations? National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for a Packaging Supervisor to lead and coordinate stock feed packaging activities, ensuring high quality, maximum efficiency, and smooth dispatch operations.

Position: Packaging Supervisor
Location: Feed Mill Plant – Malambo Branch, Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating daily stock feed packaging operations at the feed mill plant.
• Ensuring packaging machinery and lines operate smoothly, efficiently, and at required output standards.
• Monitoring packaging quality, weight accuracy, sealing integrity, and correct batch labelling.
• Coordinating with production, warehousing, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Enforcing workplace occupational health, safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Managing, training, and guiding the packaging team, tracking attendance, and evaluating performance.

Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate .
• Diploma in Production Management , Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role within packaging or manufacturing.
• Strong supervisory, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
