Position: Supervisors (Floor & Operations)

Taco Factory by 1903 in Livingstone is seeking dynamic, experienced, and inspirational Supervisors to oversee floor operations, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate floor staff, bar team, and runners during shift operations.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains first-class customer service standards, speed of delivery, and food presentation.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and resolve operational challenges with tact and professionalism.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, staff check-ins, and oversee opening/closing checklists.
- Manage cash reconciliations, POS auditing, and operational compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a restaurant, bar, or hotel hospitality setting.
- Charismatic, highly organized, energetic, and passionate about food and beverage excellence.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
