Position: Grill / Smoker Chef

Taco Factory by 1903 in Livingstone is looking for a skilled, fire-loving Grill / Smoker Chef to command our grill and meat smoking stations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial grills and smokers to cook, braise, and smoke various meats, chicken, and vegetables to perfection.
- Master heat control, smoke woods, marinades, rubs, and slow-cooking techniques for signature meat fillings.
- Ensure consistent portioning, doneness, flavor depth, and rapid order turnover.
- Maintain spotless grill cleanliness, grease management, and safety protocols.
Candidate Profile:
- Reliable, energetic, professional, and passionate about barbecue, grilling, and hospitality.
- Hands-on experience operating charcoal, wood, or gas grills and meat smokers is a strong advantage.
- Great teamwork, speed, precision, and enthusiasm to learn.
