THE ROLE
As a Sales Associate / POS Operator, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll help customers find their perfect pair and make sure every sale is smooth.
YOU WILL:
SALES: Welcome customers, help with fittings, upsell, and hit daily sales targets
POS OPERATIONS: Operate the till, process cash, card & mobile money payments accurately
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Deliver friendly, world-class service. Handle inquiries and complaints
STOCK: Restock shelves, receive new stock, do stock counts, and keep the store neat
VISUALS: Assist with merchandising and product displays to make the store look fire
TEAMWORK: Work with the Store Manager + team to create a vibe customers love
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must be a FEMALE - between the age of 19-26 and lives in LUSAKA.
Must be honest and accountable
1+ year retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred. Fresh grads with hustle are welcome.
Comfortable using a POS system and handling cash. Training provided
Good with people. Friendly, confident, and great communication skills
Presentable, energetic, and passionate about fashion/footwear
Numerate and Good with numbers
Available to work Full-Time including weekends + public holidays
