Job Purpose
The Solutions Specialist identifies client needs, architects tailored office technology and software solutions, and oversees successful deployments. The role drives digital transformation and operational efficiency by aligning Repro Limited’s portfolio, including Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), Managed Print Services (MPS), IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity, with client business requirements to support organizational growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Measurable Outcomes
1. Solution Design & Implementation (40%)
- Assess client workflows and technical environments to design integrated hardware, software, and digital transformation solutions.
- Deploy, configure, and integrate core software platforms, including electronic document management, print management , and cybersecurity solutions .
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
Measurable Outcomes: Conduct at least 10 client needs assessments per quarter; maintain a ≥ 90% on-time project deployment success rate.
2. Sales Enablement & Client Engagement (30%)
- Partner with the Business Development and Sales teams on pre-sales activities, technical discovery calls, and proposal drafting.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and live product demonstrations tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
Measurable Outcomes: Deliver at least 15 solution demos per quarter targeting a 50% conversion rate; contribute directly toward achieving a 20% annual revenue growth in solutions sales.
3. Training, Support & Process Optimization (20%)
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to ensure system adoption.
- Conduct user training workshops for client teams and internal staff on newly deployed systems and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, solution architecture records, and client support logs.
Measurable Outcomes: Deliver monthly training sessions achieving 80% positive attendee feedback;
4. Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement (10%)
- Monitor emerging technology trends, vendor updates, and competitor offerings across managed print, cloud services, cyber resilience, and workflow automation.
- Provide strategic input to management for portfolio enhancements and product development.
Measurable Outcomes: Submit at least one structured market analysis or technology trend report per quarter.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, systems integration, or business process automation.
Technical Certifications (Advantageous): Project Management, Microsoft 365, would be an added advantage
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of enterprise document management (EDMS), print management architectures, enterprise cybersecurity solutions, and IT workflow design.
Communication & Presentation: Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Project & Time Management: Demonstrated track record of handling multiple client deployments simultaneously under structured timelines.
Analytical Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose operational bottlenecks and architect scalable, cost-effective digital solutions.
