Job Summary
The Operations Associate will support the Director in coordinating daily business operations, monitoring internal assignments and ensuring that administrative and client-related activities are completed accurately and on time.
The successful candidate must be organised, proactive, dependable and able to manage multiple responsibilities with limited supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director with planning and coordinating daily business operations.
- Monitor ongoing projects, assignments, deadlines and deliverables.
- Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams and service providers.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documents, trackers and filing systems.
- Prepare schedules, meeting notes, reports and follow-up action lists.
- Support client onboarding and the coordination of service delivery.
- Assist with preparing quotations, invoices and other operational documents.
- Respond professionally to client enquiries and provide appropriate updates.
- Identify operational delays or challenges and report them to the Director.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support when required.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling company and client information.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
- A business-related qualification.
- Must own a functional laptop.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Professional, reliable and accountable.
- Available to start immediately.
- Previous experience in administration, operations or project coordination will be an added advantage.
