JOB DETAILS:
The Direct Sales Agent will promote and sell our different loan products as well as applying the cross selling and up-selling dynamics to meet aggressive daily sales targets set by the business from time to time.
Salary: Commission Basis
Qualifications/Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
• Aged between 22 and 35 years.
• Grade 12 certificate (Minimum).
• Selling skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Self driven individual and be able to work towards meeting set targets.
• Good customer service and negotiation skills.
• Able to work as an individual and as a team.
• Sober-minded and trustworthy
