About the Role:
Fakulin Agriculture Zambia Ltd is recruiting a dependable, experienced, and safety-conscious Driver to transport personnel, agrochemical products, and supplies safely and punctually between our warehouse, outlets, and client farms across Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate manual and automatic vehicles, including delivery trucks and utility vehicles.
- Transport company goods, agrochemicals, and personnel to designated locations across Zambia punctually.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections (engine oil, coolant, tires, brakes) and ensure cleanliness.
- Identify and report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to Zambian road traffic laws, speed limits, and defensive driving best practices.
- Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks, trip records, and delivery documentation.
Requirements:
- Valid Zambian Driver’s License (Class C/C1 or CE preferred for operating trucks).
- Proven driving experience handling both manual and automatic vehicles, including commercial trucks.
- Familiarity with road networks and farming routes across Zambia.
- Basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
- Clean driving record, sober habits, trustworthy, and punctual.
