Plugcuts Barbershop is looking for an enthusiastic, presentable, and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our professional team in Kabwe.

Position: Female Receptionist
Organisation: Plugcuts Barbershop
Location: 50 Marshall Avenue, Town Center (Opposite Zanaco Bank), Kabwe, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Purpose & Duties:

• Warmly welcoming clients to the barbershop and creating an exceptional first impression.
• Scheduling client appointments, managing walk-ins, and coordinating barber seating arrangements.
• Advising customers on available grooming services, barbing styles, facial scrubs, beard care, and men’s grooming accessories.
• Handling payments (cash, POS card swipe, and mobile money transactions) and maintaining daily cash records.
• Managing front-desk retail merchandise, displaying grooming products attractively, and tracking stock.
• Ensuring the reception, lounge, and customer waiting areas remain clean, stylish, and organized.

Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 Certificate .
• Knowledgeable in: modern barbing styles, facial scrubs, hair care, and grooming accessories.
• Warm, friendly personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional grooming, neat appearance, punctuality, and high integrity.
• Prior experience in a salon, spa, hospitality, or front-desk environment is an added advantage.
