A reputable manufacturing company based in Lusaka, Zambia, is seeking dynamic, target-driven, and highly persuasive Sales Representatives to drive sales and expand our client base across commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, identify, and onboard new corporate clients for corrugated packaging and cartons.
- Manage relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and follow up on customer orders from production to delivery.
- Conduct market research, track competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven B2B sales experience in packaging, FMCG, manufacturing, or commercial goods.
- Past experience in the corrugated carton industry will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.
