About the Role:

Fakulin Agriculture Zambia Ltd is recruiting dynamic, enthusiastic Sales Assistants to support our commercial sales team. The successful candidates will assist with customer relationship management, order taking, product inquiries, and sales administration for agrochemical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day sales operations, customer inquiries, and order processing.
• Support the sales team in identifying prospective clients and following up on sales leads.
• Provide product information on crop protection and agricultural inputs to customers.
• Maintain accurate client records and assist with sales reports.
• Deliver polite, professional, and prompt customer service.

Requirements:

• Female university graduates with 1–3 years’ post-graduation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong academic background with a GPA of 4.0 or above .
• Agrochemical or agricultural input industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Trustworthy, proactive, hardworking, and results-oriented.
