MNBoutique ( Where Fashion Meets Elegance! ) is looking for a qualified, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant at our boutique in Kitwe, Zambia.

Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer service, assist clients with fashionable outfit styling and selections, handle front-desk retail transactions, and maintain an organized, welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with fashion selections, sizing, and styling advice.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and elegantly displayed boutique sales floor.
• Assist with inventory handling, merchandise displays, price tagging, and stock control.
• Engage with customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and manage digital updates via smartphone.
• Accurately handle cash and mobile money sales transactions.
• Support store opening, closing, and general daily retail boutique operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a full Grade 12 Certificate .
• Must have a smartphone .
• Must be hardworking, honest, and dedicated.
• Must be responsible and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in fashion and retail.
