COMMISSION-BASED Sales and Marketing Agents
MCP SECURITY is looking for a self-driven, confident, and goal-oriented Sales and Marketing Agents to help grow our security services business across Lusaka.
This is a commission-only position, ideal for someone who is ambitious and able to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote MCP SECURITY services
- Find new clients and generate leads
- Conduct site visits and client follow-ups
- Prepare marketing reports
- Build and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Diploma in marketing or any business-related Field
- Experience in marketing or sales (security industry an advantage)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Confident, presentable, and proactive
- Able to work with targets and minimal supervision
- Must be based in Lusaka
