JOB DETAILS:
Sarazi Logistics Ltd, a Transport and Logistics Company based in Ndola Copperbelt, Zambia is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to fill the following vacant positions:

Job Description
• Managing Trips
• Raising shipment Orders
• Updating expenses for LPO’s ie fuel/funds
• Updating expenses for border funds
• Briefing and debriefing drivers before and after trips
• Reconciling border schedules
• Coordinating with the Operations Manager in generating Sales Orders
• Sending loading orders to clients
• Coordinating with agents to ensure trucks push smoothly at the border to minimise delays
• Sending the tracking report to clients
• Sending the loading plan report for data updates of loads/ shipment orders
• Constant communication with the drivers while on their trips
• Update management on the current status of operations and on any eventualities
• Any other related responsibilities

Qualifications
• Full Grade Twelve Certificate
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position
• A minimum of a Diploma in Operations/ Logistics and Transportation
• A Bachelors degree in any field will be an added advantage
