Role Summary:
The Commercial Support Associate will be responsible for driving sales growth through lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups and conversion of sales opportunities. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can consistently achieve sales targets, manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate sales leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Drive sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Engage customers and conduct consistent follow-ups to secure business.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track sales performance, manage data and prepare reports.
- Demonstrate discipline, punctuality, accountability and a proactive approach to work.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Care, Business Administration, Finance, Banking or a related field. A degree will be an added advantage.
- At least one (1) year of relevant sales work experience.
- Proven ability to sell, persuade, follow up and close sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Good numerical, analytical and reporting skills
