Summary
Will be attached to the Sales Department and related to the Aftermarket Manager, the function aims to support increased sales of consumables, tools, spare parts, and components and to support the inventory management function.
What will be your responsibilities?
1.Commercial Stream
In perfect collaboration with the Project Manager or the PSSR associated with the entrusted scope:
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Establish sales forecasts in collaboration with customers and communicate them to the purchasing department
- Provide reporting to customers (follow up on order status);
- Assume responsibility for the customers followed by the team for the spare parts activity
2.Administrative component
- Prepare and follow up on parts and service offers
- Execute contracts and orders for the sale of parts and services
- Give delivery instructions to the logistics cell
- Provide reporting (business analysis) required by customers
Who are we looking for?
- A Level – Technical background required (Mechanical)
- Similar experience in sales or distribution department, preferably in Import/Export or spare parts business
- Language: English
- IT: SAP(or similar) + MS Office
- Sales skills and result oriented
- Communication skills
- Technical and professional expertise
- Autonomous and teamwork mindset
- Rigor and accuracy
- Very well organized and priority management skills
- Spirit of initiative and Dynamic
