Another Chance Alcohol & Drugs Rehabilitation Center is committed to the rehabilitation and empowerment of individuals struggling with substance abuse through care, support, counseling and life skills development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
- Prepare budgets, financial reports and basic financial statements
- Record income, expenditure, receipts and payments
- Assist with financial planning and monitoring of the Center's resources
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions
- Support accountability and transparency in the use of funds
- Assist management with financial advice and administrative duties when required
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Grade 12 certificate and/or relevant accounting qualification
- Certificate, diploma or degree in Accounting or related field = added advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Previous accounting experience is an advantage
