Position: Supervisor (Male/Female)

Glamville is inviting applications from dynamic, qualified, and results-driven individuals to fill the position of Supervisor for our hospitality and dining operations in Lusaka.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in the hospitality, restaurant, cafe, or lounge industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, guest relations, and interpersonal abilities.
• High organizational capacity and ability to oversee busy shift operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate service hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff across shifts.
• Ensure superior customer care standards and promptly address guest feedback or special requests.
• Monitor shift scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and inventory usage.
• Maintain strict standards of hygiene, health, safety, and operational cleanliness.
• Support management in achieving daily revenue targets and operational efficiency.
