Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring excellent guest experience and service quality.
Supervise staff and coordinate departmental activities.
Monitor maintenance, cleanliness, supplies, and operational costs.
Prepare operational reports and implement management directives.
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
At least 2 years’ supervisory or management experience in hospitality or accommodation operations.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of operational planning, staff supervision, customer service, and basic financial management.
General Requirements for All Hospitality Jobs
