STOCK CONTROLLER

Location: Lusaka, Zambia

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and organised Stock Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing inventory, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring efficient stock control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with physical stocktakes.
• Investigate and report stock discrepancies, losses and damages.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of inventory.
• Conduct stock reconciliations and inventory reporting.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all stock movements.
• Ensure compliance with company stock control procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, Accounting or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in stock control, stores or inventory management.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with inventory management or accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
• High level of accuracy, honesty and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
