Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Mufumbwe butchery outlet, including staff supervision, sales, and customer relations.
• Direct and support cashiers, blockmen, and hygiene staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee stock levels, meat orders, cold chain integrity, shrinkage reduction, and inventory audits.
• Enforce strict food hygiene, sanitation, and meat safety standards across the outlet.
• Manage cash flow, daily sales reports, and local banking reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in retail butchery or FMCG supermarkets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and inventory control capabilities.
• High integrity, commercial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
