Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for growing brands and winning in the FMCG market? National Milling Corporation Limited (NMC) is looking for a dynamic Sales Lead – Pasta to drive the growth of our pasta business across Zambia.

Position: Sales Lead – Pasta
Location: Lilayi Head Office, Lusaka, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading pasta sales growth and distribution nationwide across retail and wholesale channels.
• Building and managing strong distributor and key account relationships.
• Driving listings, merchandising promotions, and in-store execution.
• Managing pricing, demand forecasting, and geographic market expansion.
• Providing market intelligence, competitor analysis, and commercial insights to drive brand share.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ FMCG sales experience .
• Strong proven experience in modern trade and distributor management.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel countrywide.
