Sales Executive (10 Positions)
Location: Zambia (based in Masaiti District, with extensive local and international travel required)
About Us
Winco Industries is a Chinese manufacturing company establishing a new factory in Masaiti District, near the Kafulafuta Toll Gate. As we expand our operations in Zambia, we are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Executives to drive sales of our Ethanol, Carbon Dioxide (CO2), and DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles — a feed protein additive ingredient) products.
Responsibilities:
Sell and market company products, including Ethanol, CO2, and DDGS
Specific product line assigned based on individual strengths and existing client/business relationships
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base
Analyze customer needs and use this insight to help shape effective marketing plans
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to meet set sales targets
Review unsuccessful sales/marketing efforts and recommend adjustments to strategy
Travel locally and internationally to meet clients and develop business, as required
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients effectively
Able to work well under pressure and collaborate smoothly with the Marketing Manager to achieve sales goals
Proven experience and a structured approach to analyzing customer needs as the basis for marketing planning
Strong relationship-building skills, able to establish trust with new clients in the shortest time possible
Strong analytical skills to assess unsuccessful marketing efforts and realign strategy accordingly
Valid passport is mandatory — this role requires foreign business travel
Compensation Package:
Basic Salary: K5,500 – K6,500
Housing Allowance
Transport Allowance
Lunch Allowance
NAPSA (National Pension Scheme Authority) and NHIMA (National Health Insurance Management Authority) contributions
Sales Commission based on individual performance and achievement level (rates to be confirmed; will be competitive with industry standards)
