Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Oversee menu planning, costing, stock management, and waste control
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Relevant culinary or hospitality qualification
- Grade 12 Certificate with at least 5 credits, including English and Mathematics
- Certified food safety training
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
