Overview:
Ebony Gardens and Club Ebony is looking for creative, skilled, and passionate Chefs to prepare delicious, high-quality dishes for our restaurant and club guests. The successful candidates will ensure that meals meet high standards of flavor, presentation, and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, menus, and customer specifications.
- Ensure prompt preparation and presentation of dishes during high-volume service periods.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times.
- Manage kitchen inventory, monitor ingredient freshness, and assist in menu planning.
- Coordinate with kitchen assistants and service staff to ensure seamless dining operations.
Requirements:
- Must have a Full Grade 12 Certificate .
- Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or equivalent experience.
- Must be self-driven, motivated, and capable of working in a busy kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety guidelines.
- Passion for culinary excellence and teamwork.
