Are you looking for an exciting new challenge!!?? The projects department is looking to fill the position of Trainee Intern to be based in our various branches. In this role you will be required to facilitate training and the onboarding of WSME’s on our digital banking platforms.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Carry out financial literacy and awareness trainings on different banking products and services
• Ensure fulfillment of project targets

Your Minimum Qualifications and Competencies should:

• Have a Bachelors degree in Banking and Finance, Adult Education or Diploma equivalent
• Have good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
• Have the ability to train and facilitate training
