We are seeking experienced Supervisors to oversee teams of General Workers assigned to cleaning, gardening, and other general maintenance activities.

• Supervise and coordinate General Workers within the assigned work area.
• Allocate daily duties and ensure that work is completed effectively and on time.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality and productivity.
• Ensure employees perform their assigned duties to the required standard.
• Provide guidance and instructions to General Workers.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning, gardening and general maintenance work.
• Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment and materials.
• Identify and report performance, safety or operational concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain daily work records and provide regular reports to management.
• Address minor work-related issues and escalate serious matters appropriately.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent/Certificate in General Hospitality.
• Should be able to read and write.
• A certificate, diploma or other relevant qualification in General Hospitality/Housekeeping, Domestic Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate.
• Valid Medical Report.
