* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES *
• Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate support.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team.
* QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS *
• Grade 12 Certificate is a minimum requirement.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Fast learner, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, patient and courteous when dealing with customers.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts where required.
