Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial poultry operations with focus on health, nutrition, welfare, and biosecurity.
- Supervise poultry farm staff and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate production and financial records.
- Promote operational efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years managing commercial layer operations.
- Experience managing flocks of 10,000 or more layer birds.
- Strong knowledge of poultry production practices.
- Excellent leadership and reporting skills.
- Willingness to live on-site at the farm.
- Professional references are required.
