MBA Risk Advisory is currently looking for a Skilled and knowledgeable Junior Software developer to join the Zambia Team full-time and provide assistance to support continuous improvement throughout the development life cycle of computer/I. T applications.

Job Responsibilities:
– Participation in SCRUM meetings.
– Designing and Developing Software using agreed process models.
– Analyzing Information and requirements to recommend new system features.
– Developing mobile and Web applications in conjunction with other team members.
– Modifying existing software to fix bugs, enhance existing features, and add new features.
– Conduct unit tests at the development level.
– Document the development process and procedures.
– Consult with clients and other departments in relation to the development work.

Minimum Requirements:
– Junior-Mid level C# developer.
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree.
– Experience in mobile development using Xamarin/Maui.
– Experience in developing Blazor applications.
– Knowledge of Software development Life-cycle.
– The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to develop unit testing of code components or complete applications.
– Must understand concepts of software engineering.
– Creativity is always a plus.
