Namo Computers is looking for a competitive and trustworthy ICT Sales Specialist In Lusaka Zambia, at Namo Computers, you have to retain current clients and generate potential new clients by approaching them physically, via email, phone calls, and messaging Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for Retail Sales, Corporate Sales, customer relationships, etc.
• Lead generation and conversion of leads into sales using any communication media like personal visits, email, phone, etc
• Should have good knowledge of ICT Products.
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations
• Learn to use the company’s CRM Software
• Should know how to use Microsoft Excel
• Identify prospective clients and achieve business goals by generating business from the existing clients
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections of customers

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 2 or more years of experience in the computer hardware
• Industry.
• 3 or more years in sales
• Fluent In English & Nyanja.
• Experience in both Corporate sales & Retail Sales

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
