JOB DETAILS:
Eagles Holding Limited is a Parent Company wholly owned by the Zambia National Service and is registered under the Companies Act No. 10 of 2017 of the Laws of Zambia.
The Company provides high quality Security Services, Production of Blocks and Pavers as well as the supply of Fuel and Lubricants.
Eagles Holding Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:

JOB PURPOSE
The key purpose of the job is to organize and oversee all security operations of the Company.

DUTIES
• Developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures. Controlling budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Ensure all personnel and equipment are in good condition to perform the required duties.
• Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Full Grade 12 Certificate or its equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Policing and Security or any other related field of study. Master's Degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage. Minimum of Four (04) years work experience is required.
• Applicants must be between 30-35 years.
