JOB DETAILS:
To Assist the Chinese managers to handle the overall work of the department, including but not limited to the business, information, financial, employee relations, administrative related affairs.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise the completion of inland and outland transfer demands
• completion of inland and outland delivery demands
• Supervise the working process of data handling
• Check whether the information processing is timely, correct and complete
• Ensure that officers start the application on time
(PETTY CASH making, Freight book recording, OA application)
• Check the accuracy and safety of payment (strictly follow the payment process)
• Handling dept. administrativeaffairs(attendance,overtime, etc)
• Keep seeking new transporter resources
• communicating with transporters to understand and develop the cooperative viscosity continuously improve the service quality of carriers
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree or above
• 28-35 Years old age
• 5 years of proven work experience in Transportation sector
• Professional and can communicate well
• High knowledge of transportation sector
• Proven experience in Outsourcing transporters
