Qualifications
Minimum – Full Diploma IT / Accounting or equivalent
Proficiency in computer data capture
Job Responsibilities
• Monthly upload credit mealie meal sales for recovery from various mines’ payrolls
• Submit payroll recoveries to various mines according to advised format and within time
• Maintain records of submissions and source documents for reference
• Advise Management of all excess issues and anomalies
• Expedite resolution of customer queries and complaints arising from payroll recoveries
• Achieve agreed upon targets and customer outcomes
• Provide adhoc reports, weekly and monthly
• Coordinate and liaise with Mealie Meal issuers to achieve set goals
• Any other duties as may be assigned by immediate Supervisor
