Position: Experienced Electricians (4 Vacancies)
Location: Mwambashi Mine, Chambishi, Copperbelt, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time

15MCC Mwambashi Mine is seeking four (4) experienced, safety-conscious, and skilled Electricians to join its maintenance and operations team on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, routine maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, wiring, distribution panels, and mine equipment.
• Identify electrical faults and hazards promptly and execute repairs in full accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of power installations, motors, switchgear, and safety control devices.
• Adhere strictly to mine safety protocols, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) procedures, and zero-harm operational policies (Safety First • No Harm).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering or Craft/Trade Certificate in Electrical.
• Proven hands-on work experience as an industrial or mine electrician.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety procedures, regulatory codes, and hazard prevention.
• Demonstrated ability to identify electrical hazards and execute work safely under challenging conditions.
• Prior experience in a mining or industrial environment is an added advantage.
• Member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ) is an added advantage.
